WEEE Regulations

As a responsible retailer, we comply with the UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations.

Electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) can contain hazardous substances that are harmful to the environment and human health if not disposed of properly. Under these regulations, customers are entitled to return their old electrical items free of charge, on a like-for-like basis, when purchasing a new equivalent item from us.

If you purchase a new electrical item from our store and wish to return your old equivalent product for safe disposal, please contact us within 28 days of your purchase. We will provide details on how to return the item or arrange for safe disposal, depending on the product and your location.

Please do not dispose of WEEE products in your household waste. Look for the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol on items, which indicates that they should be recycled properly under the WEEE directive.
