Shipping Information

We work with a range of trusted suppliers and official dealers to source your order from the most efficient and cost-effective supplier at the time of purchase. As a result, delivery times and courier services may vary slightly depending on the item ordered.

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Delivery (3–5 Working Days)
  • Express Delivery (1–2 Working Days)
  • Click & Collect (Subject to availability – please contact us prior to ordering)

Non-UK Mainland Deliveries
For orders being delivered to non-UK mainland addresses (e.g. Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland), a standard £30 delivery charge applies due to increased courier costs.

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock or has an extended lead time, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, revised timeframe, or a full refund.

Returns Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. All returns must be in unused condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and unsoiled. Products that have been tampered with or modified will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • You will be responsible for the delivery cost of returning any item to us.
  • Once approved, exchanges will be dispatched to the original UK delivery address free of charge.

Because we work with multiple suppliers, return addresses may vary. Please contact us first before returning any item so we can provide the correct return address for your order.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please inspect your goods upon delivery and report any damage on the courier’s delivery manifest. Signing for goods without noting any visible damage may invalidate damage claims.

  • Damages must be reported to us in writing within 3 days of delivery. Please retain all packaging in case it is needed for courier investigation.
  • Non-delivery claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email.
  • Faulty items within the 1-year warranty period must be returned with proof of purchase for evaluation. If confirmed faulty, we will reimburse UK return postage at Standard Royal Mail rates and issue a refund, replacement, or repair accordingly.
  • Items returned that are not faulty must be returned at your own cost.

For hygiene and safety reasons, please clean items (such as footwear or machinery) before returning. We cannot process soiled items.
