Methods of Payment

We accept a range of online payment methods including major credit and debit cards. Full payment must be received before orders are processed and dispatched. All transactions are processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability and may be limited in stock. If an item is unavailable at the time of ordering, we will contact you promptly with the option to wait for restock or cancel your order for a full refund. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

Placing an Order

By placing an order through our website, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms and Conditions. An order acknowledgement email will be sent to you upon checkout, but this does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will only be formed when you receive a confirmation that the goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet our security checks or where pricing or stock errors occur. All pricing and availability is subject to change.

Pricing and VAT

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. While we aim to ensure all pricing is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If a product has been incorrectly priced, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the product and delivery location.

Returns & Cancellations

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. To request a return or cancellation, please contact us first with your order number. As we work with multiple suppliers, return instructions and addresses will vary depending on the product ordered.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and with proof of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless it was received damaged or faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 3 days of receipt if any items are faulty or damaged. In the event of damaged or defective products, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate. Photos may be required for claim processing.

Do not dispose of any packaging or items until instructed, as these may be required to process your claim.

Delivery Information

We currently offer delivery across the UK. Delivery times may vary depending on the item and supplier. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. If a delay occurs, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.

We do not currently offer local or bulk delivery services.

Complaints Procedure

We aim to provide excellent customer service at all times. If you have a complaint, please contact us by email or via our website. We handle all complaints fairly, efficiently, and confidentially.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
